We operate both Mac and PC workstations with the latest design and production software installed. Our Heidelberg Prinect pre-press workflow is integrated with our printing press to ensure that proof to print reproduction is absolutely spot on. Our Epson proofers are calibrated to the press to guarantee colour accuracy and complete peace of mind.

Offering super-fast set up and creating virtually no waste, our Heidelberg Speedmaster is fitted with Anicolor – a revolutionary new technology ideal for today’s demands for competitive and environmentally friendly print. Fast set up and low wastage means that even small print runs of 100 upwards are viable with Anicolor.

The Anicolor’s innovative inking system, developed by Heidelberg, avoids ghosting and gives a colour accuracy that is second to none. Anicolor is referred to as zone less, with only one inking form roller which provides each printing plate with the precise volume of ink required throughout the entire run. This produces completely smooth image areas on a wide range of printing stocks. The Anicolor’s efficient temperature control system also means that the amount of ink applied to the relevant printing materials can easily be adjusted over the entire printing form. When used in combination with the Anicolor continuous dampening system, Anicolor is an internationally unique system ensuring excellent print quality with outstanding consistency.
